Exploring her way into Canada in 2007, Melissa had the opportunity to join a telecommunications company where she held a managerial role for 8 years. From setting up a Business Strategy Team, Managing the Call Centre, and Off Contact Teams to becoming a Certified Coach. Melissa had been recognized with prestigious Leadership Awards for six consecutive years. It was truly a remarkable experience that has led to broadening her portfolio in the professional services sector.
As founder of Talent Centric, Melissa focuses on growth strategies, organizational planning, and people development. Melissa is a certified NLP Practitioner and is furthering her studies by pursuing an MBA specializing
in Human Resources.
